Who We Are

We are a small, flexible team who are passionate about psychology and how it can be applied to create better workplaces.  We’re a diverse bunch, with specialist skills ranging from data analysis to HR management, leadership to business consultancy.  And of course, psychology.
pH7’s psychologists are accredited by the British Psychological Society, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council or certified by the Association for Business Psychology (or all three!). We work to the highest levels of professional standards and within the Code of Conducts set out by our regulators and professional bodies.
We build our teams based on your needs; all projects are lead and overseen by a Principal Consultant and the project group is made up of Associates who have the right skills, experience and knowledge to fit your requirements and your culture.

We firmly believe that people's experience of work should be rewarding, enjoyable and engaging.  We seek to find the fun in everything we do, bringing energy, enthusiasm and passion.

Positive psychology thinking and practice underpin what we do;  we focus on playing to our strengths, doing the things we love and which motivate us and on finding solutions to help people find a way forward.

We feel that there is no 'one size fits all'. People are different. Organisations are different. We create bespoke, tailored solutions which fit the needs, preferences and values of our clients.
